Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kargl Aerial Photos offers low altitude photographs taken from a remote control aircraft. Our aircraft can take pictures between 100 feet and 6000 feet above the earth. More importantly, our aircraft can fly below the 500-foot FAA limitation for full-sized aircraft -- now you can get the camera closer for clearer, sharper, better framed pictures.
Hiring a full-size aircraft to take a photo is very expensive, and the results are usually less than desirable. Kargl Aerial Photos can take better pictures, at lower altitudes, at a fraction of the cost.
These photographs are perfect for real estate sales, construction, surveying, family events, or any time you want a birds-eye view of any large area.
Our work began in 1946 with Kargl Aerial Surveys. Gilard Kargl owned several full-sized aircraft (most notably were the P-38s), and took aerial photos for surveying oil pipeline sites. We continue that great legacy today, with a much more personal altitude!
